Group Study Room Guidelines

  • Group Study rooms are available for 3 or more Highline or CWU-Des Moines students.
  • Book a group study room for a maximum of three hours (180 minutes).
  • Make only one reservation per group per day.
  • Reserve rooms up to 5 calendar days in advance.
  • If you or your group doesn't arrive within 15 minutes of your booking, a Circulation staff member may cancel your reservation.
  • Please note that these rooms are not soundproof. To maintain a comfortable environment for all, please control the volume of conversations and the use of cell phones/media devices.
  • Please leave the room as you found it. Clean chalkboards, replace chairs, pick-up garbage and clear off the table.
  • Do not leave belongings unattended. If your belongings remain in the room at the end of your reservation, they will be given to the Campus Safety office in Building 6.
